Shipping and Delivery Policy:

We ship your in-stock purchases within two days of receipt of your weekday order. Your items should arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via FedEx can be tracked online using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation statement. All shipping costs will be determined and charged to you. Call on our toll free line and we'll assure you receive an expedited shipping mode. Please call Customer Care to arrange for special shipping arrangements 1-800-815-2181. Oversized or heavy orders may require extra charges. Please contact Customer Care for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or outside of the United States. In order to better serve you, please provide us with a daytime and evening telephone number in case we need to clarify your order.

Purchase Order Debit/Credit Card Authorization:

You hereby authorize The Chef in Black, Inc. to process charges on your debit card or charge your credit card for the cost of your order on the date of shipping. You agree that by requesting a purchase, you have read and agree to these terms and acknowledge that the credit card or debit card that is used for the order is valid and that it is valid credit card charge for the order. You further acknowledge that you have ten (10) days from the actual delivery date to dispute your order for delivery or for product related issues only.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from The Chef in Black, Inc. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item or provide you with a credit for the purchase of any of the products in The Chef in Black, Inc. product line at the discretion of The Chef In Black, Inc. You have up to ten (10) days after delivery, or the expiration date printed on the product, whichever is earlier, to initiate a return. If you wish to make a return, please send an email to: customerservice@chefinblack.com. Please be sure to include your name, email address, order number, product lot number, the reason for your return, and suggest whether you would like the item replaced or prefer credit for the purchase of other items. Feel free to call Customer Care if you have any questions regarding a return. The Chef In Black, Inc. may require the return of the product with which you are dissatisfied before substitution of an acceptable item or the credit of the purchase price.
